Let’s talk about the benefits of dietary supplements today.

Every day I take vitC, fish Oil, multivitamin and ZMA and prescribe the same to my clients as well.

  • VitC: is one of the safest and most effective supplements. It protects us against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, eyes disease and even skin wrinkling(ladies start taking from today) A recent meta-analysis showed vit C was beneficial to individuals whose immune system was weakened due to stress which is most common in our society
  • Multivitamin: A multivitamin contains a mix of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients which we cannot complete by eating a daily routine meal.
  • FishOil: Fish oil improves body composition so it may add weight loss with a combination of weight training and nutrition. Fish oil can increase good HDL cholesterol. It can lower triglycerides etc
  • ZMA: ZMA is a natural supplement. It contains Zinc, Magnesium and VitB6. ZINC support your immune systems and muscles, Magnesium plays a role in metabolism and muscle health and helps manage sleep. VitB6 may boost energy.
