Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

  • 1/2 cup low carb smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • Sweetener (optional to taste)
In A large bowl place 1/2 cup peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla,salt
Mix well
Place mixture in the muffin tray and freeze for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes add peanut butter on top of each and another tablespoon of the chocolate mixture
Place back in the freezer for another 30 minutes
