Chickpeas curry and cauliflower rice

50gm chickpeas which contain 21.62 carbs, 6.65gm protein and 3gm fat.
Soak chickpeas overnight, boil them.

For cauliflower rice grated cauliflower and cook in microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.
