Spicy Oats with vegetables

  • 50gm oats
  • 100gm paneer you can use chicken breast if you are non-vegetarian
  • 10gm oil
1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum, 50gm cauliflower, 50gm mushrooms,5 curry leaves, grated ginger and garlic, bokchoyi and bean sprout, 2 spoon Sambhar masala, 1 tbsp red chilli, salt as per your taste, 1 tbsp turmeric
Fry ginger garlic onion curry leaves together for 5 minutes then add all the vegetables. Once vegetables are cooked, soak oats for 5 to 8 minutes depends on your oats quality. It should be soft. Meanwhile, add all the masala and stir for another 5 minutes then add oats.
Cook for another 3 to 4 minute garnish with coriander leaves and bean sprout.
