Chickpeas Cutlet

50 gm boiled chickpeas with spinach. Add that into the food processor including fresh coriander, fresh Mint, fresh Parsley, green chilli,1tbsp cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Place your mixture in a bowl, add 1 egg, lemon juice, 2tbsp husk if you want can add grated cheese as well I did not add it. You can avoid eggs as well if you are vegetarian or vegan.
Take about 1 tbsp of the mixture, roll it to a little bit of brown breadcrumb(macros 2.65gm fat, 35.99gm carbs and 6.68gm protein in every 50gm).
Cook your chickpeas cutlet either in Air fry or pan fry and enjoy with salad, sauce or make curry as well.
